Welcome to the Celiac Disease Foundation Central Florida Chapter.  The mission of the Central Florida Chapter is to increase community awareness, offer educational material on Celiac Disease, Dermatitis Herpetiformis, and the Gluten Free lifestyle, discuss related topics, and provide general support to individuals and families affected by Celiac Disease.
